Can I know if my watch is still cover under the insurance?

If you purchased AppleCare+ for your watch, you receive an extended warranty and 2 instances of accidental damage replacement at a discounted rate. It depends on when you purchased your watch, and if you purchased AppleCare+.

You should be able to get the watch serial number from the iPhone the device is paired with, then call AppleCare and ask if coverage is still available.

You will have to talk to your insurers. Your basic Apple warranty does not cover damage of this nature.
