Why am i being charged by APL*APPLE ONLINE?

I recently preordered the iphone x and a leather case. I decided to pay in full, so the later that day after i preordered it, i notice a charge from apple $52.43. Today, it charged me the same amount. Is apple supposed to do that? Is it charging me slowly and after i recieve the phone they get the rest of what i owe?

Oh. I kinda get it now, so rn i'm being charged for only the case which is already sent. Then, i will be charged the rest for only the phone.??? Is that right???

The first charge for the case was a test one to see if the card was good and will be returned. The second one means your case has shipped and they have billed you for it. You will be billed for the iPhone when it is shipped.

Thankss deggie. So will apple refund both of my $52.43 and then take the total? Or will apple gove back one of the $52.43 and subtract the other $52.43 to the total??

The test charge won't show up on your next statement but you will see the $52.43 for the case. You will only be charged once for the $52.43.
