Dictionary gets deleted on its own
I notice that my iPhone’s dictionary gets deleted automatically. I don’t use it very frequently, it remains for some days though after being downloaded but gets deleted on its own.

There is a setting in iPhones that deletes apps that are not used for some time. It could be in Settings/General/Usage & Sorage/...You may have turned that setting on. You may check if it is causing your issue ( on or off ). ( Sorry I cannot give you the exact location because my phone is not in English and translation of the location is difficult )
Note: You had better state the model designation and the iOS version of your iPhone to get better and quicker results. Mine is iPhone SE with iOS 11.0.3
