Microphone not working on Iphone 6 Plus

I have a Iphone 6 Plus and the microphone does not work when I skype, facetime or use messenger. If I turn off the loudspeaker so I do not hear the other person they can ehar me, but if I want to hear them they only hear me very poorly. talking on telephone works fine however?

Please help me.
