My Iphone got stolen

My iphone got stolen few days ago they have my passcode too.. now im using same apple id on my another iphone but the same icloud id is working on my previous iphone so suggest me what should i do to block it or remove my icloud id from my stolen iphone

Change your Apple ID password. Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Then go to https://icloud.com/find using a web browser and erase your stolen phone. Do not remove it from your account.
