How do i complain about advisors and senior advisors

That's fine. a senior advisor is the last point of contact on the technical support side. customer relations is a separate department for this. Ask specifically to speak to customer relations. It's not a "supervisor" in the traditional sense, they just have oversight for issues within the system. They don't handle any technical troubleshooting just lodge complaints and attempt to make it right. Ignore the whole end of the line speech and just ask for customer Relations.

Call the AppleCare number and ask to be transferred to Customer Service.
How can i find a customer relations person
They say that they are the last point of contact and there is no one above them to transfer the call

So Customer Relations is a separate dept from troubleshooting or iTunes. They're specifically for lodging complaints and can investigate into your issue. Hope that helps.
