Where can I find the ICloud icon on my iPhone screen

You may want to reply with more details of what you are looking for. There is no "iCloud icon." There used to be an iCloud Drive app but that has been replaced with the "Files" app.
If you are looking for iCloud in the Settings app, open Settings and then tap your username near the top of the Settings window.
