Bluetooth issues ios 11 on car connection

I have a 8 plus and when friend make my a phone call and i have the iphone pair on Bluetooth on my smart car of 2017 , the name of the contact dont apear! Any one with this issues ?!?

The seler of the Mercedes smart say that radio firmware is the last one

i only have this situation when the other person also have a iphone!

if the call is made from a andróide phone everthing work fine!

just did hard reset, reset celular data and ios ree-install

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.0.3

Good evening. Already made the updates! Even then, the problem pre-exists! According to Mercedes smart engineer the radio firmware is up to date. Even with iOS 11.1 it's still all in the same. and this only happens with calls between iPhones, in case you receive a phone call that is android everything appears correct. and I'm not able to contact Apple via telephone dialing
