Why is my screen recording so BAD??!

My screen recording is absolutely terrible. I don’t understand why the resolution so bad. Is there any other app but I can use that will bring a higher resolution to record in my iPad Pro 12.9“ screen?

( by the way, I feel confident my screen share (in the control center) is not any better or worse than anyone else’s. I think it’s working perfectly as expected, but the resolution still way too low for what I want to do with this. I have the newest iPad Pro with the 120 hz; how can I capture my screen with perfect resolution? is there a setting i’m missing?)
