Can't log into icloud on iphone 6s

This morning I was logged out of my iCloud on my iphone 6S. When i try to log back in it accepts my password and brings me to the profile page of iCloud in my settings but when I click on my profile it asks for my password again. It also says "family sharing unavailable". As well, my photos and everything are not showing on my iphone. I tried signing out of icloud, restarting my phone and logging back in and the same thing is happening. It also won't let me connect to my wifi for a long period of time. Is there any way of fixing this? I am able to log into icloud on my other devices and online from a computer.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2

Turning off wi-fi doesn't help.

I have the same issue as user above. I'm trying to log in to iCloud from an old iPhone. The Apple ID password works on my laptop, but when I use the same password/login for iCloud, I get messages such as "server is unavailable." The same password worked when I used it to upgrade my storage level. This has been a problem for weeks. If I use an old Apple ID password to try to login to iCloud, the software immediately recognizes that it's the wrong password.
