Guys i have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016). Amazing device i have to say. But today morning i noted that the track pad has the usage marks just like old plastic trackpads. To my understanding, if it is made out of glass, this cannot be the case. Does anyone has the same?

Mac trackpads in MacBook and MacBook Pro have been made of glass for many years.
The main determiner of the "look" will be the oils from the skin on your hands. That is the same for new trackpads and old.
Is the trackpad really glass
