changing the time from 12hr to 24hr
Trying to change the time on my apple watch from 12hr to 24hr

In the "Watch" app on the paired iPhone, Select "Clock" from the list of apps for your watch.
In there is a switch for "24-Hour Time" which should be what you are looking for.
