I would like to know what is the standard FPS (Frame Per Seconds) in Japan? 🇯-1F1F5;
Is it 30fps or 29.97fps? 🎥

In short the video standard is as you have surmised. 29.97 fps.
NTSC = National Television System Committee
Euphemistically called Never The Same Colour twice. 🙂

Great to know NTSC IS 29,97 fps exact and PAL is 25 FPS.
I've found out they mostly use 29,97 NTSC the standard NTSC Frame Rate for Youtube videos and for TV in Japan.

You really should contact the "group" you will producing video for and get their best recommendations. Since the advent of HDTV and higher, I would say that there is no point to drop frame rates, so 24, 30, 60, any of the "even number" frame rates available.
