Jailbroke? Absinthe & Anisette

Had console running while exporting files to external hard drive when I noticed these processes and wondering if someone has run an untethered Jailbreak on either my 4s or iPad2 and why would it be showing on my iMac 2010 running 10.13.1 and is it a concern for all products including iPad Pro, 7plus and iMac 2017.

WindowServer. [ERROR] - Unknown CGXDisplayDevice: 0x41dc9d00

identityservicesd building Absinthe: YES

Cloudd Authkit/anisette-for-request

Which also brings the question, if older devices like 4s cannot be upgraded to current updates, does it become threat to network?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mac OS was designed to be extremely secure and only needs to be kept up-to-date to remain so. You have installed antivirus software (Dr. Antivirus: 2.0.0 (installed 2017-10-10) which at best is totally worthless and at worst harmful to Mac OS. Locate the uninstall procedures from the developers and uninstall immediately. Never install any cleaning, AV or any other third party "maintenance" app for Mac OS.

Next, you have an orphan file on the system, re-open the report and you will find a link to remove it. Next, if you installed any WD software uninstall it immediately, again it's worthless!

Thanks so much, don't know why but never received notice of your reply. Will do and let you know. BTW, yes I was in the middle of an ordeal with WD and was waiting until resolved to get rid of because it is running processes just about 24/7 and I haven't even be able to hook up the drive - I'll just delete and write off that expense and headache.

And I just went to remove any and all WD software and I can't find any, strange.
