Lock screen issue

The attached is showing up on my lock screen and I have no idea how it got there or how to remove it. Any recommendations?

Hi there, BAMeier74.

It appears that an application is showing on the lock screen, and it's not going away. I'm happy to help.

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Since the "title" of that application appears to be a website, it seems that it's trying to play either music or a video. So, once your iPhone gets to the Home screen, delete Safari history, cache and cookies:

Delete history, cache, and cookies

Here's how to clear information from your device:

  • To clear your history and cookies, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
  • To clear your cookies and keep your history, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.
  • To visit sites without leaving a history, turn private browsing on or off.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Next, force close Safari if it's open, then -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Let me know if that application appears on your lock screen after your iPhone has restarted.

Take care!
