why when agree term and condition Ireceived the message say " we've run into a problem " ?

When I Install social media Apple, the stape of Agree term and condition I click agree then come message with " we've run into a problem" what was wrong with that situation? I need support on that issue

• When signed in, you'll see "mkuuteacher" at upper left.

• Click on it and, in the resulting pop-up, click on "View profile".

• In the resulting page, scroll to the bottom and click on "Add a product".
