Thank you for your time and suggestion. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately none of the links solved my purpose. I use my iPad to read ebooks while I am on the move. Exactly that's the ONLY reason I purchased my iPad. Reading ebook ( especially with ePub format) on iBook is really something. You can increase the font size or adjust the background screen with auto-night themes that go easy on your eyes while reading in a dark room. Above links talks about everything except "How to transfer your ebooks from your PC to iPad". I did not purchase those ebooks from "App Store" I just downloaded them on my PC from different sites. Can I have my old iTunes back please?

Take three long breaths, read the articles that I linked to in my first reply above - they explain what changes have been made. I agree that Apple could have explained "Why" more thoroughly, but the changes do make sense.

It is bad praftice to hi-ack someone else's question. Although the original poster has not yet mayed my answer as solving the issue, it looks as if it did. By posting extra content after that, you are hiding the solution from other prople who might be looking for an answer to a similar issue and are being more constructive in finding a solution.

If you still require assistance after reading the articles above, please start your own thread and I or someone else can take it from there.
