NSURLError -1202 with Game Center

The last couple of days I have been seeing this error a lot when logging into Game Center, and switching between Apple IDs:-

NSURLErrorDomain Error -1202

I have tried the on-off, hard on-off, reset settings approaches but nothing seems to have worked to get rid of it. The weird thing is that it occasionally works. I have looked at the Apple status board and it says Game Center is operational.

Can anyone advise me on fixing this issue. Thank you.
