Can I find another persons iPhone with my phone

My friend has lost her phone. Can I use my iPhone to find it. I have the find my iPhone app

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.3

Yes, your friend can sign in their Apple/iCloud ID and password into the Find My iPhone App. Once they do that, then they are looking at their own account, so they will be able to take the actions they wish from there.
