Help with Number Personal Budget Template

Hello all! I'm completely new to anything Apple related (besides your basic functions on the iPhone haha). I just discovered Numbers and the personal budget template. It's exactly what I'm looking for. However, I don't want just 1 month. How can I make it so I can have 12 months of budget and transaction sheets? And how does that tie back in to a yearly overview budget sheet? (So I want 12 sheets exactly as they are but then one sheet that shows the totals and charts for the YTD). I have never learned how to use Excel either, so I'm super illiterate with all of this. Any step by step instructions would be so appreciated!

Thank you so much for the response and file! A few questions with it.

1- so all the transactions for the whole year are on one sheet?

2- can you see the monthly break down on the charts or just the YTD?

3-your first three columns are the budget, actual, and difference. It appears it adds up all the months expenses for that so wouldn't I have to have the budget column the yearly amount?

Sorry for all the questions! Just trying to learn! Thank you so much for your help!

Ok that works great for a yearly. However, if I just want to have it monthly, is there any way to more or less copy and paste the current template I have (I have modified it to my budget) without having to recreate the template each month? (Also, that the categories will go back to zero and not keep my current numbers.... not the actual budget numbers but the second column on the budget page)?

1- Yes, all transactions are entered in the one transactions table on the second sheet. The transactions table includes an automatically calculated month column to facilitate breaking out the numbers by month in the summary tables on the first sheet.

2- Currently it's YTD in the charts and in the Actual column

3 -Yes the budget column is currently the yearly amount.

You'll see that the "annual" amounts are broken down by month in the columns to the right. Also monthly expenses vs. income are shown in the table at the bottom of the first sheet.

This should give you some ideas to work with.
