Broken LCD or just loose wire connection?

I dropped my phone about 4 feet above the ground. It was still working fine after that. No problems whatsoever. But after a day, the bottom of the screen got thin, black horizontal lines. The lines flicker occasionally. The touchscreen is affected, it’s unresposive sometimes. The buttons are working fine.
