bing bing noise

HI! I am not sure if this question belongs here but when I wake up my computer or log on it makes a bing bong (doorbell kind of) sound about 5 seconds after it wakes up or logs on. It is not a standard sound that you can choose like for incoming mail etc. Does anyone know why it makes this sound??
