Mac App Store won't load in macOS 10.13.1

After I have updated my MacBook to macOS 10.13.1, the Mac App Store won't load. It just stucks at the App Store icon.

I have tried reloading couple of times but it didn't work.

How can I resolve this?

MACBOOK AIR (11-INCH, EARLY 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
