Macbook Air Crashing; ReportCrash CPU > 100%

My Macbook Air has been crashing repeatedly. Like it will crash and restart multiple times within 60 seconds. I opened activity monitor, and it looks like upon restart, ReportCrash is running at above 100% CPU, even sometimes up to 130%. When I force quit ReportCrash, it pops up again, and I force quit again. I do that a few times, and then the computer does not crash for a while.

Anyone have any ideas of how to avoid it crashing in the first place?
