Hello there,
I have unchecked the box "Enable Junk Mail Filtering" in the preferences of Mail.app. However, Mail.app still moves some emails that it thinks as junk mails to the junk box which become invisible in the inbox, including important emails from my university. Are there any solutions?

Do the settings as per screen shot .Without any reason don't click on reset button if there are no rules set up , if you will mail account will malfunction .Reset button is used ( clicked ) only when rules are set up and not working .
