20 min. delayed stock quotes in Numbers?

I've been using appplescript's (found in Apple's discussions) to retrieve 20 minute delayed stock quotes and volumes traded, from Yahoo, into a Numbers spreadsheet. Numbers, itself, stock quotes info, is at least one day behind, and sometimes two…so that's not the answer.

This Yahoo service (API) has been terminated <403 Forbidden -- error 403>.

Does anyone have a solution to this ?

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)

Alas, Yahoo! (recently acquired by Verizon) seems to have discontinued the service, as you can read here. They want everyone to go to the website to get the data, rather than using a batch download.

Looks as if we'll all have to try to find alternatives. Some possibilities mentioned here.
