Trace Dependents (Cells) in Numbers

There was a discussion in 2010 - at that time, there was no way to Trace Dependents.

(Obviously, Trace Precedents is always "on").

Is there a way to Trace Dependents now (in 2017)?

As stated (in 2010), this feature is available in Excel - but, I cannot find it in Numbers.

No functionality built in as in Excel, but a script can come close, per this thread. Also, you can also temporarily introduce an error (by dividing by 0 for example) to see the errors down the calculation chain.

If your Numbers documents are well designed, of course, you normally have a small number of different formulas in each table. So compared to Excel you should have less need to sort out a maze of dependents.
