How can I remove these partitions?

I was trying to setup a second partition to boot from Windows but wanted to start over since Windows will not install on the partitions. In Disk Utility I now have a partition 'W HD' that I have erased along with two smaller partitions. I'd like to remove these 3 and return to a single Macintosh HD partition, but the minus sign is greyed out when any of these 3 smaller partitions is selected with the note 'you can not remove this volume because the previous volume can not be resized.'

I am running Sierra 10.12.6 on an iMac (27 inch late 2013), 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7, 24 GB memory, with a fusion drive.

Here are the internal drives after running diskutil list:

Run

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk1s4

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC2 disk1s5

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC3 disk1s6

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC4 disk1s7

diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk1s4 disk1s7

diskutil list

If you see only disk1s4, then

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 jhfs+ BOOTCAMP disk1s4

Now run BC Assistant, and click on Remove/Restore.

Please remember to back up macOS, before you attempt a Windows installation.

The partitions seem to indicate that there was external storage attached to the iMac (other than the USB Flash drive used by BCA to create the installer) during the installation. Disconnect all external storage, run
