I can’t hear my outgoing calls

I can’t hear my outgoing calls until 7 seconds after it has been answered. Whether it’s on speaker or not. Even if the call gets rejected, I hear the rejected message after a delay.

I don’t have any issue while answering the calls and the voice gets through comfortably. I’m using an iPhone 7.

Please help. Rebooting phone has not helped.
