I can't get my beats x to connect to my iPhone

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It's my understanding that you're unable to connect your Beats X to your iPhone. I may be able to help you with this. Does your Beats X connect to any other devices? Do the same for your iPhone, test with other Bluetooth devices to see if they connect. This will help us determine if the issue is related to the Beats or the iPhone. Here's some additional steps to try with the Beats X: Set up and use your BeatsX earphones
  1. Reset
    1. Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
      • Power button
      • Volume down button
    2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

  2. Update

    Your earphones are automatically kept up to date when they're set up with an iPhone using iOS 10.

If you haven't been able to connect your Beats X to the iPhone before, try seeing if they require a firmware update: Update the firmware of your Beats product

If you can‘t connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
