iCloud login trace?

Hi, recently my girlfriends iPhone 7 Plus has been being “hacked”. We think it’s by her ex boyfriend, and it won’t stop. Her iCloud password keeps changing and just a few days ago her Find My iPhone app was turned on and started beeping around 430 in the morning while we were sleeping. The police are involved at this point because many other things have happened in addition to this (he logged into her Facebook using a VPN which I got IP addresses but are basically useless) and my question is, is there any way to trace a login to the iCloud account associated with her account? If I could catch him with his location and IP I could put an end to this nightmare.

Also sounds like he needs some professional help, like other users of this forum but we won't go there. I'd call Comcast and let them know what's up and change that to something that's not easily guessed. I'm not even going to touch the cars here.

You'll never find anything solid due to VPN. And like I mentioned before, those cases are almost impossible to prosecute. You've probably run out of options with that one. If he's using a VPN to log into iCloud, that's impossible to trace.

Beeping passing by your house sounds juvenile. I guess he's got more time on his hands than most people.

Did your girlfriend ever give him any passwords? While they were together?

Sounds like you've got quite a problem there. If he's using a VPN, it's impossible. The IP addresses will be useless. As for the login, I'm not sure but someone here would know. If he did use a VPN, that can be very tricky to prosecute.

Also sounds like the ex boyfriend needs professional therapy. How do you know it's him anyways?

Any other suggestions or corrections from the community?

Unfortunately I can’t say with 100% confidence it’s him, but all the signs point to him. She had a restraining order on him, he constantly drove by her old place beeping (we’ve since moved, which is why I’m positive it’s him logging into the iCloud and using her Find My iPhone app) and has left things on our cars to the point we’ve bought security cameras but of course didn’t catch anything after that. Since then her old Facebook profile has been reactivated, I put two point authentication and have caught whoever it is trying to log in multiple times, he had logged into her Comcast account and changed her WiFi network name and password (to which she had no idea how to fix til I met her) and has full control of her Snapchat account also. He is a psycho and needs to be stopped, I have brought in some of my friends who are more tech savvy than I am, and have come up with IP addresses, but nothing solid due to the VPN. I have been trying to think of ways to “set a trap” to catch him logging into one of her account and feel like I am running out of options.
