"Still" Wallpaper is not so still

Hi All,

I just noticed something on iOS 11.1 for the first time.

If I set a home screen wallpaper, select "Still" and then go to my home screen, icons still move ever so slightly when I tilt the phone back and forth (this is very obvious if I video screen shot for a couple of seconds and then watch the video). If I go back to configure my wallpaper, the setting has changed to "Perspective".

Is this just a plain bug or something that Apple has added to help minimise screen burn-in on the iPhone X? If it's the latter, why does it still happen on my iPhone 7 Plus?

In iOS 10, there was no parallax animation when "Still" was selected and when "Perspective" was selected, there was a pronounced parallax animation. In iOS 11, the "Still" option shows a reduced (but noticeable) level of parallax on the home screen. This was my point. It's either a deliberate change or a bug.

I quote "You can choose Perspective, so the wallpaper moves as you tilt the screen. Or you can choose Still, so the wallpaper doesn't move"

Well, the wallpaper DOES move after choosing Still and, when returning to the option screen for the currently-set wallpaper, the setting has changed to Perspective.
