Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question? If you are saying that you are in the US and you have an iTunes card purchased in Mexico, then you can only redeem it in the Mexican iTunes Store. If you are not planning on returning to Mexico, then you could send it to a friend or relative as a gift. That is about your only option.

If you mean you are now in the US, you can't. iTunes cards can only be used in a Store in the country where you purchased it.
