Has anyone gotten this just got 11/5/17

Download the attachment invoice files

Open it and verify that it is a transaction you made

If not the transaction you did follow the step in the pdf file

It is a scam.

Apple provide guidance in the documents below but the key factors are … A genuine message from Apple will always address you by your name or the name they know you by and that email will always come from an address that ends ‘@apple.com’.

It goes without saying that the grammar and spelling is always correct.

Never click on any links in a pop up or an email you suspect.

I received two of these today with different case numbers involving a purchase of $399. Unfortunately I clicked on the link showing the invoice and where it read to cancel the purchase. All it did was take me to the actual Apple site. I keep checking the credit card attached to my iTunes but nothing has been fraudulently charged.
