First, make sure you have enough free storage to record a video.

Try these two troubleshooting methods. Perform a Restore only if Restart doesn't solve your issue.

Thanks for info. I have enough space and neither option works. I'm not sure restore would be an option since everything else seems to work. I did it once but can't do it again.
