how tf do i fix my phone!!!!

it keeps saying "iphone is disabled, connect to itunes" but when i do it still does not work.

If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
