Cannot login game center

Since last few days we cannot login the game center... sometimes when I try many times it does login but very difficult to change the game center login overall.. Keep getting error "Could not connect to Game Center Server" when I enter through Game center from App..

When I login from settings/Game center get message: "Could not sign in" "Unable to connect to server - The operation could'nt be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1202"

Maybe after lot of tries i get to login once sometimes...

Any solution to this problem ? I have latest IOS in ipad & 10.3.3 in iphone 7+ but both facing same problem...
