Why I can't switch ON the Keychain?

I am using iPhone 6 plus with IOS 11.1. Before my Keychain was working (was ON), but now Settings>Icloud>Keychain I cannot toggle it on. I can still see my passwords Settings>Accounts&Passwords>App&Website Passwords and in safari automatic fill also works. But what it doesn't work is generating new passwords and syncing with icloud.

Hello, BlazTM.

It's my understanding that you're unable to toggle on the iCloud Keychain. I may be able to help you with this. If you haven't done so already, restart your iPhone. If you are still having issues with turning on iCloud Keychain try signing out of iCloud and sign back in.
