not supported calendar message.ics

All meetings invetation that sent from my IOS devices (IPhone or Ipad) recived on my outlook as attachment.

"not supported calendar message.ics"

When i try to sent meeting outside the organisation I get error massage

"550 5.6.0 M2MCVT.StorageError; storage error in content conversion"

I find old post that say to change time zone so I change my time zone from Israel - Jerusalem ot Tel-Aviv to somthing else like Cypris or Egypt and it fix the problem

Any ideas how to solve it and stay on Israel Time Zone?
