Not able to sign in

Hi, I was not able to sign in to any of the Apple account(Apple ID, iTunes, iCloud, Game Center etc) from my iPhone 6s(iOS 10.3.3). Keep on having notifications asking me to sign in.

From my setting I am logged on to my Apple ID but i cannot sign out.

I tried to backed up and restored in new device, it has the same problem.

Please advice me what should I do. Do not ask me to erase the data.

Thank you

Can you log out if you enter your password? Are you getting any error message that your password is wrong? Does your Apple ID allow you to sign in anywhere else? See if the below helps.

I cannot get to the page, when I select sign out>Remind(sign out)> loading> ask me to do Apple ID verification.

I tried to key wrong password, they will say that wrong password. I can change my password via the setting.

If correct, it will remain the same. As if not keyed.

I am able to sign in anywhere else but the iphone setting and Apple official apps.

I deleted the iphone from the Apple ID & iCloud.

I tried those method in the link, it does not works.

The Apple ID in my iphone is stuck, cannot sign out and in.

Thank you

I think my not being able to access these links was related to a general Mac malaise on my devices yesterday (and which happens occasionally - usually at inconvenient times - and which was why I was so angry about it!

I had the same issue yesterday (including not being able to login to my AppleID account) and I got a lot of help from Apple Support and eventually it was solved.

However I am not sure which of the many steps actually fixed it.

I cleared all browser cache (Safari, Chrome, Opera) and explicitly deleted all cookies with the word 'apple' in them - permanent, local and session. I made sure all the devices were in the correct timezone with automatic time sync.

I then shut down (and I think this was also important) powered off all my devices (MacBook, Mac mini, iPad and iPhone), shutdown and powered off my router (TalkTalk ADSL 2 via Utility Warehouse) - and then powered up the router and my MacBook. My router then had a different external IP - and everything of course worked fine.
