The front camera on my iPhone SE is very cloudy or dusty. The quality of pictures taken with that camera are very poor. It doesn't seem to be something external as I have tried to clean with no real change. Anyone have anything similar happen? Any suggestions on way to fix this?

Check this Apple article. It covers all troubleshooting possibilities. If nothing helps, it might be a hardware issue. Make a fresh backup and take it to an Apple Store to have it tested.

I have reviewed that article already. It seems like it is an internal / hardware type of issue. Can that be repaired?
