Health Data - Cannot Prioritize Source

I've noticed I can no longer prioritize data sources in the health app as the Edit button has gone. When did this go, or is there an alternative way to do it? Since re-pairing my watch last week, I've noticed that the health app doesn't match my watch activity. Today I've done 7900 steps according to my watch, but only 7020 on the phone Health app. I'm sure I used to have the watch as the top priority, but now the phone is and I can't find a way to change it.

My phone is IOS 11.0, watch OS 4.1.

Prioritize your data sources

You can edit and rearrange your data sources to change the way that Health prioritizes data.

  1. Open the Health app and tap Health Data.
  2. Tap a category, like Activity.
  3. Tap a data type, like Steps.
  4. Tap Data Sources & Access and tap Edit.
  5. Touch and hold User uploaded file next to a data source and move it up or down in the list.
