Since you now have the full disk space, re-install macOS and it will re-build the Recovery HD with the correct size.

I can’t go forward because my capacity does not restore to 500GB and I can’t reinstall. Even I tried these steps for erase internal ST3500418AS Media, with unmount and mount. Erase process has failed, couldn’t unmount disk, and operation failed when creating.
