Hi Lilliana200302,

This indicates that your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the App Store or iTunes Store. It's not clear from your screenshot whether you're receiving this error as a result of a declined purchase, or an issue with the payment method.

Just to cover all of your bases, you'll need to update the payment information on your iPhone. You can do this in Settings > (Tap your Apple ID) > Payment & Shipping > Payment Method. Update your payment method and try again.

If you've updated your payment method, and you're still seeing this error, you may need to pay an unpaid balance. If this is the case, after updating your payment information, you need to ensure that the credit card that you're trying to charge has sufficient funds to cover both payments. You can read more about this here: If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Sup…

If you've updated your payment information, and you don't believe you have any outstanding payments, you may need to contact AppleCare. You can do this at getsupport.apple.com.

If you have any further questions, queries or concerns, please don't hesitate to reply to the thread as I'm following it.

Best of luck!
