How to turn off the retina flash in front camera??

I purchased Iphone 7 plus, whenever I take selfie using front camera a sudden white bright flash in the screen appears. anyone can help me in this issue?. How to turn off the retina flash?

Turn the flash off for the front facing camera. The flash is the lightning icon in the upper left corner. Tap on it and you can see the settings. You can set it to Auto>On>Off. Set it to Off.
