The flashlight and the camera are missing from the Locked Screen
Hi not sure if anyone has this problem yet on an iPhone X, but the camera and the flashlight buttons on iPhone’s locked screen, are gone.
How do you get them back?

Where in "Settings"? And I'm not taking about having them missing in the "Control Centre", they are there. They are missing from the "Locked Screen" (the vey first screen you see after you wake up the phone)!
I put my X and my wife's X side by side and I compared every single setting. In the end, the "3D Touch" in "General" -> "Accessibility", has to be "ON" for those two little buttons, flashlight and camera, to reside on the locked screen, if "3D Touch" in not "ON" you'll not have them there.
Thanks for trying to answer my query!
If you go into settings, you can go to touch ID and passcode (may be labeled something different on the 10) and you can see what is allowed on the lock screen.

Good find, and this makes sense because the ON/OFF activation of these buttons requires 3D Touch (i.e. you can't just tap them to turn on the flashlight or camera, you must press them ... took me awhile to figure out why they weren't working).
You can go into settings to fix that.
