Macbook Pro fan noise at 2000 rpm

Hi,

Can you here Macbook Pro C2D fan noise clearly in a quite room even when they are operating at a minimum speed of 2000rpm?

I always felt that I couldn't here it until recently. While the fan sounds perfectly fine I always keep feeling that it sounded much more quiter when my Macbook Pro was brand new. Could this be due to to the dust that might be getting accumulated in the fans thanks to the giant wents in the back? Is there a way to clean those fans without taking the computer apart?

Thanks,

Smit

My MBP has been examined just today because of a fan noise. The assistance just ordered a new fan to replace the noisy one. The noise was not as loud as this one but very similar.Actually, it was closer to this sound.
So, according to me, do not hesitate to show your MBP to the Apple Assistance Center. They MUST replace the bad fan!!!
