How do I add an Email sender to the safe sender list?
I keep having some email go directly to junk when never marked as junk. How do I an email to a safe sender list?

Hi. That's probably happening on your email server. Try logging into their webmail and interacting with it. Typically, you can go to the Junk folder and mark it as " Not Junk". Or you may need to add the sender to your Contacts on that server.
