iPad camera icon disappeared!

Went to use the camera on my iPad today and the icon was gone. I did go into settings->Genera-> Restrictions & turned on the restriction on the camera but nothing has changed, still no camera icon. I KNOW I would never purposely delete the camera icon, I love my iPad camera & used it just used not that long ago. Any suggestions?

Suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
