Hello, I have an iPhone 5s on me. I had install various version of iOS from 9 till 11, but I just playing with the new features on that iOS that I installed and didn't paying attention in speed and stability.
Now, actually all I want is just good speed and stability on my iPhone 5s. Anyone can suggest which is the best iOS version between iOS 9 to iOS 11 in speed and stability usage?

But, I read some articles and watch videos on YouTube that we can Downgrade it by using iTunes and download manually the iOS Master.

While it may have been possible back in September when that article was written, it isn't now. Apple is no longer signing the earlier versions, so you would not be able to verify and activate the phone. If you have iOS 11 on the device now, it is staying there. The only way is up.
It doesnât matter. Itâs not possible to downgrade(except from a beta) or to update to an intermediate version.

There is no written reference. They have always stopped signing the older versions of ipsw within 24 hours of the release of new software.
The reference is try to find a signed ipsw file for older versions on the Apple website.
